“I was spoilt for choice when it came to the main course, but after turning down the vanilla-cured salmon, I plumped for the rib eye of Usk Valley beef.

The melt-in-your-mouth steak was to die for, cooked to perfection in a tomato marinade and served with field mushrooms and sautéed new potatoes.”
