Chef - Lee Milne
Boasting experience in some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the UK,
he has travelled across the UK getting a taste for different regions and gaining experience in some of the most respected restaurants in the country. Positions have included various Michelin starred restaurants including Lords of the Manor in Gloucestershire, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, The Vineyard at Stockcross and Sawyards Restaurant in West Sussex.  He will be looking to put The Newbride on the culinary map, bringing his own influences to the kitchen and building on the restaurant’s growing reputation for innovative food.
